I am having a root canal, one crown removed and two crowns out on. This has been one of the very best dentistry visits that I ever had.Dr Satterlee was awesome and I never felt a thing. He has a great practice there using the most modern equipment.And particularly a shout out to the assistant Roberta. She was just wonderful. So professional and attentive to me the patient. Her knowledge, thoughtfulness and kindness were above and beyond.Who would have ever thought that a root canal procedure could be a good experience. But thanks to Dr Satterlee and his staff it was.

I can't say enough great things about this place. From the modern, cute aesthetic down to the people from the front desk to the hygienists and the dentist. I was recommended this place by a friend, but was still hesitant to go due to my phobia of dentists. From the moment I walked in I had a calm feeling about the place. Britney was AMAZING. She made me feel calm, talked me thru everything, was knowledgeable, and gentle with my cleaning. Thank y'all so much, I think I just found my perfect dentist office!

I was nervous ahead of my first appointment at Crafted Dentistry after moving to a new area, but they were fantastic. I was taken in right on time, and the staff was warm and conversational from check-in at the front desk through to the final examination by the doctor. I have a hard time with getting x-rays done and my hygienist was so accommodating and understanding throughout. The cleaning was thorough and they took time to address any concerns or questions I had. I’m not at all dreading my next cleaning like I usually do with other offices.

A very nice first visit. I was immediately comfortable here. The staff is pleasant and friendly, but not overly so. The atmosphere is peaceful. Dr Eric has a light touch and a nice, professional demeanor that inspires confidence.

I have been loyal and satisfied with my dentist since being on my parent’s insurance as a kid. I was also extremely happy that my childhood dentist was in network once I finished college and started my career. When I got married my wife has overall better insurance and it was best to just drop my coverages with my employer. Sad part is that my dentist was not in network under my wife’s insurance. For the past 4 years I have changed dentist 3 times trying to find a dentist that did a really good job because I take my oral hygiene very serious. Today I believe I just found the perfect fit for me. Crafted Dentistry not only cleaned my teeth that fit my expectations but the staff also educated me on some things I didn’t know and I really appreciated that. I am extremely satisfied with my experience here at Crafted and will be suggesting that my wife make the switch.

Very friendly staff. From the time I walked in I was greeted and offered something to drink. Then the hygienist was so sweet. She went over everything and even explained next steps. The dentist was attentive and very knowledgeable. I will definitely refer my friends and family to this location 😊

Had my first teeth cleaning at Crafted Dentistry with Britny who was thorough, gentle and informative! The staff and dentist listened to my concerns and helped me formulate a treatment plan I was happy with. Couldn’t have had a better experience!

I had a great appointment! Brandi my hygienist- she was attentive, meticulous and pain free! Dr.Satterlee had great bedside manner and addressed all my issues during check up. Highly recommend anyone make an appointment if they’re looking for a new dentist.

The office is beautiful and modern, equipment seems to all be the latest technology and most important of all—the staff are all lovely and kind. My hygienist Britny was so sweet and did a very thorough cleaning on me. I love that here, there is only one dentist and there is continuity of care. Dr. Satterlee patiently answered all my questions. I wish I knew of this office when I first moved to this area!
