Getting a little tired of plain cauliflower rice? Try these creative cauliflower rice recipes. All recipes are low carb, keto, and many are paleo friendly too!

Believe me, my friends, you need these 35 easy cauliflower rice recipes in your life.

If you’re going to go on a healthy keto diet, you’d better make friends with cauliflower pretty darn quick. It’s going to be one of the things that saves your sanity. Because embarking on a low carb diet means giving up many filling comfort foods like pasta, rice, and potatoesand that can be really tough for some folks.

But good old cauliflower, that funny white bumpy thing that you rarely gave much thought to before, is going to make your low carb transition a whole lot easier. It can be a really great replacement for all of the above, and it’s a whole lot kinder to your waist line and your blood sugar.

The benefits of cauliflower rice:

  • Low in carbs and high in fiber
  • Full of antioxidants
  • Loaded with nutrients such vitamins C, K, B6, and potassium
  • Quick and easy to make
  • Freezes well
  • Available in many stores in the freezer and produce sections

Rice has become such a staple in the American diet, it can feel like it’s in everything. So many of the most popular cuisines are heavy on the rice: Mexican, Asian, Indian. Even Italian food has plenty of rice. It’s a hard one for people to give up.

While cauliflower rice isn’t exactly the same, it really does help low carb dieters enjoy many of their favourite foods again. And a big bonus is that you don’t have that uncomfortably full feeling you get with real rice. Cauliflower rice is almost infinitely adaptable and I find new ways to use it almost every day. So try a few of these delicious and creative keto cauliflower rice recipes on for size!

Looking at these, I don’t know which to do first, but I am sure I will get input from my husband who is on a medically managed Keto plan (I won’t name it incase it goes against your policies) for his type 2 diabetes. I am along for support, though not as strict. Your website is a treasure trove that many in the program mention. Anyway, I was wondering if you had a yellow cauliflower rice recipe?

Such great recipes. I’ll be making lots of them. Who knew cauliflower could be so versatile! Thank you so much for your recipes and putting together such a great list for us. To make things easier for myself I chop a whole cauliflower in my food processor, use what I need and freeze the rest in quantities I would use. Then it’s available when I want it.

All these cauliflower recipes sound wonderful. However, we have been craving meatloaf. Instead of the breadcrumbs in the mix, thought to use cauliflower rice. What “kind” would you recommend for making a meatloaf??

Took me awhile to leave a comment but I wanted to try so many of these recipes that I have been busy, busy. Cauliflower has been cheap recently at my local Asian food market so I have been buying a lot. I use a Presto salad shooter to make it into “rice” and have tried Indian spiced and Chinese fried and even made up my own recipe for “dirty” cauliflower rice and they are all good and make me want to try more.
My hubby has taken leftovers to work for lunch and now 3 of his coworkers are trying “low-carb”!
