No. Due to the discounted nature of our products, we are unable to offer Regal Crown Club points for the purchase of Gifting products. However, RCC members will have the ability to earn points when redeeming any of our tickets/vouchers or using their gift card.
As of August 2023 – any $9.00 (Low-Market) Premiere Ticket redeemed in California, New Jersey, & New York will incur an automatic $1.50 surcharge – paid at redemption.
Additionally - we have launched $10.00 (High Market) ePremiere Tickets. These will not incur the automatic fee when redeemed in CA, NJ, NY.

No. Currently, the Ultimate Movie Pack is only available in physical format.
However, our new concession vouchers are available to Print @ Home and can be used alongside Regal’s Premiere Tickets to complete the movie experience.
Gift cards are physical cards that will be shipped upon placing your order.
eGift cards can be delivered the same day or scheduled for delivery on a future date. eGift cards also have no shipping/handling fees and come in a variety of movie related designs.
If your gift card contains a PIN, you may check the balance.
Gift cards that do not contain a PIN must be checked manually at any Regal location.
No. Gift cards (Gift & eGift) carry no expiration date or dormancy fees.
Are there any exceptions to this?
Yes. From time to time Regal or its affiliates may offer special promotional Bonus Cards as a bonus or reward. Terms applicable to such promotional Bonus Cards will be specified on the cards and may differ from the terms set forth above. See Full Terms & Conditions.
No. They are redeemable at any Regal location nationwide for tickets and/or concessions.
Yes. Gift or eGift Cards may be redeemed online via REGmovies.com or the Regal App.
Protect Gift Cards & e-Gift Cards as cash. If Gift Cards or e-Gift Cards are lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed, proof of purchase and proper identification will be required to obtain a replacement card.
The replacement value will be the value of the card at the time the card is reported as lost or stolen.
(A small processing fee will be applied upon replacement.)
- Once your order has been placed, you will receive 3 (three) emails.
- An official receipt for your order.
- A password protected link to download your file.
- The password to access your file.
- Click the download link to download the zip folder with your tickets/vouchers.
- The file will contain a PDF for each ticket/voucher, as well as an excel list containing all codes.
- Select the appropriate file and input the password received previously.
- The password is only required for first-time access to each file.
The PDF attachment will contain 1 (one) page per ticket/voucher ordered.

Yes - adjusting your printer settings will allow you to print up to 4 vouchers/tickets per page. Click HERE for more information.
Printing any more than 4 (four) per page may cause your tickets/vouchers to be unscannable at time of redemption)
While it is possible to scroll the PDF and scan the QR codes from most smartphones – we recommend printing out the vouchers, to ensure the best experience.
Yes - if you have Adobe Acrobat, you may use the split PDF function to remove the pages required.
Alternatively, you can use the “Print to PDF” feature by selecting the page range required in your printer settings when saving.
